Oh yeah, & this is my art piece currently on display at Salt Space found at 1158 W 27th Street (at Broadway). It’s called “Tefilah.” It’s an interactive installation modeled after the Western Wall in Jerusalem and created with recycled or repurposed materials. If you’re in NYC, I believe that open gallery hours are T-F 11-5, and Sunday 1030-12, 6-730 when Gallery Church meets.
Emily Miranda’s amazing jewelry display yesterday (& this whole weekend) at the Socrates Sculpture Park’s Maker’s Market that my wonderful mother found on www.inhabitat.com. Besides Miranda & our trip to the nearby Noguchi Museum, the journey out there was not altogether worth it.
